Question about Wisdom Title - Guild Wars Forums

I looked up the Wisdom Title details on guildwiki. One of the benefits being the salvage bonus seems nice; however I have a question how it works. Does each rank cumulatively retain the salvage bonus of the previous ranks? (adding up to 84%), or does the salvage bonus increase by the pre-set 3% increment? (max at 21%)

1 Seeker of Wisdom 3%
2 Collector of Wisdom 6%
3 Devotee of Wisdom 9%
4 Devourer of Wisdom 12%
5 Font of Wisdom 15%
6 Oracle of Wisdom 18%
7 Source of Wisdom 21%

If you have R3 Wisdom, you will have 9% not 9+6+3.

Man, that would be 84% maximum - I vote they do it that way NOW!

Snograt :P Wisdom has nothing to do with lockpicks, That's Treasure hunter.
(Tough, treasure hunter DOES affect Salvage rates)

Heh, if Treasure Hunter and Lucky were cumulative, you would always retain and have a good chance of an extra lockpick!
